ALOHAS is hiring its first full-time CTO to own technology end to end. You will shape vision, architecture, and the platforms that run the business—from Shopify and Odoo to data and AI agents—and build a small, high-impact team.

You’ll partner with the CEO and COO to steer technology decisions across EU/UK/US, drive a pragmatic, product-led engineering culture, and propel the company toward an AI-native operating model from Barcelona.

Formación

• Leads engineering at a high-growth product company.
• Owns technology end to end (vision, architecture, platforms).
• Hands-on with modern cloud-native systems and data architecture.
• Strong experience with AI/LLM in production.
