Job summary

Amenitiz is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and Leadership Team, translating strategy into owned goals and driving cross-functional execution. You will lead critical programs, orchestrate the operating rhythm, and ensure decisions are implemented across the organization.

In this high-visibility role, you will manage the OKR process, prepare board materials, and deliver investor updates while shaping the company’s strategic priorities for growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy consulting, or strategy/operations/leadership in a scaling software company (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen; able to model trade-offs and identify high-impact initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Fast, organized executor turning ideas into actionable plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Excellent communicator capable of compelling presentations and concise reports for varied audiences.
• Curious and hands-on; comfortable with deep operational problem-solving.
• Discretion with confidential information about people, the Board, investors, and fundraising.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish/French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and Leadership Team to shape priorities and advise on key decisions.
• Lead Leadership Team rituals: set agendas, gather inputs, define follow-ups, ensure follow-through.
• Prepare Board materials and investor updates with clear, actionable insights.
• Own the OKR process, translating strategy into company objectives and cross-team dependencies.
• Manage the company’s operating system: run weekly All-Hands and ensure consistent communications.
• Lead 1–2 cross-functional projects from due diligence to KPI delivery.
• Own business performance reporting to Leadership Team, Board and investors.
