Job summary

vialytics is seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff to keep the leadership team aligned and move the CEO's decisions forward. You will centralize governance, design the leadership cadence, and ensure board-facing narratives are clear and well-prepared.

You will orchestrate C-suite alignment, orchestrate decisions to closure, and own cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery. This role reports to the CEO and has no direct reports, but requires superb influence, strategic thinking and

Qualifications

• 9-13 years of professional experience after your academic degree, including 3-5 years in a CEO-adjacent seat.
• Experience with investor relations and board management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional special projects with ambiguous, senior-stakeholder scope.
• Ability to design leadership-team cadence, alignment and accountability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate C-suite priorities into clarity and alignment at the leadership level.
• Drive critical leadership-team decisions to closure with CEO backing.
• Own board materials, narratives and pre-reads for governance interactions.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Elevate unresolved issues to the CEO when needed.
