• Qualified lawyer with 20+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in investment funds, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills.
• Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization's legal strategy across jurisdictions and business lines.
• Oversee fund structures, SPVs, and investor documentation, and related governance matters.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and senior management to align governance and regulatory obligations.
• Manage external counsel and legal spend, ensuring efficient cross-border transactions.
• Provide strategic guidance to the board and senior leadership on legal risk and capability development.
