Job summary

Nationale-Nederlanden in Madrid, Spain, seeks a visionary Head of IT Assurance to lead information security, risk and IT service management with strategic impact.

You will shape the strategy, govern information security, IT risk and compliance, oversee major incidents, and drive resilience, service continuity and value delivery across the IT ecosystem, partnering with senior leadership to translate risk into business actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CISA or equivalent IT risk and assurance certification valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy for IT Security and IT Service Management.
• Lead IT Assurance and ITSM Managers and promote collaboration across IT and business.
• Ensure secure, resilient IT services meeting business needs and service levels.
• Provide governance of information security, IT risk and compliance.
• Oversee major incidents, vulnerabilities and remediation actions.
• Embed security and service management principles across technology initiatives.
• Provide senior leadership with insights on IT security and risks.
• Oversee budgets, investments, and third-party management.
