Santander is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer - Tech Risk & Cybersecurity based in Madrid to lead cyber governance, risk management, and secure Data & AI initiatives within the CDAIO division.

In this senior role, you will partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Privacy, and Technology teams to strengthen cyber resilience and ensure regulatory alignment while enabling secure innovation across the organization.

Formación

• Significant leadership in cybersecurity and risk management roles.
• Experience in regulated, complex environments.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Enable secure evolution of Data & AI across the division.
• Strengthen cyber resilience and protect data assets.
• Govern cybersecurity programs and report to executives.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Privacy, and Tech teams.
• Monitor threats and define mitigation strategies.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews.
