Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM valued.
• Experience leading IT security and assurance programs.
• Proven ability to drive strategy and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy for IT Security and ITSM.
• Lead IT Assurance and ITSM Managers.
• Ensure secure, resilient IT services meeting SLAs.
• Govern information security, IT risk and compliance.
• Oversee performance and resilience of major IT services.
• Embed security and service management in initiatives.
• Provide leadership with insights into IT security and risks.
• Manage resources and third-party technology partners.
