• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and garnishes; maintain food logs.
• Communicate needs during busy periods; assist in training and coaching staff.
• Follow safety policies, protect assets, and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Ensure quality and adherence to recipes, standards, and checklists.
• Maintain professional appearance and support a collaborative kitchen team.
