Formación

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef with significant responsibility.
• Strong technical skills in various cooking methods and cuisine types.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes for a specific section of the kitchen according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared efficiently, meeting quality and presentation requirements.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards within your section of the kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of ingredients.
• Contribute to menu development and specials where appropriate.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
