Job summary

Extia Group in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of critical infrastructures, ensuring agile, secure and scalable deployments for financial/insurance projects.

You will implement security templates in CI/CD, guide teams in pipelines, design Azure IaC with OpenShift, and configure monitoring with App Insights and Logic Apps while auditing remediation across apps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Software/Cloud/DevOps roles.
• Strong Azure experience with App Insights and Logic Apps.
• Hands-on with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Solid DevSecOps and CI/CD with SAST tools (SonarQube).
• PowerShell, Bash or TypeScript proficiency.
• Good English communication; able to train remote teams.
• Nice to have Terraform/Bicep; knowledge of .NET/Python/Java/React; Linux/Windows; Power BI.

Your mission will be to lead the evolution of critical infrastructures, ensuring agile, secure and highly scalable deployments.

• Create and implement standardized templates for security tools (SonarQube Advanced Security and SAST) in CI/CD pipelines. Integrate development teams, guide them in configuring pipelines, and help them identify and resolve security vulnerabilities (and false positives). Design and manage scalable environments on Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization tools (OpenShift). Configure monitoring and alerting strategies using Azure App Insights and Logic Apps. Audit security reports and track remediation progress across the different applications.

Требования:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering or DevOps roles.
• Command of the Azure environment (App Insights, Logic Apps, Alerts).
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Solid experience in DevSecOps practices, CI/CD strategies, branching and SAST tools (SonarQube).
• Command of PowerShell, Bash or TypeScript.
• A hands-on ("get-it-done") mindset, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills to train and guide remote development teams.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English.
