Allianz Technology seeks a Chapter Lead for Bancassurance Platforms to guide a high-performing chapter in an agile environment. You will align product vision with business needs, empower teams, and drive execution of key initiatives.

You will partner with Product Owners and HR to ensure growth, capability, and strategic alignment across chapters. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in financial services.

Formación

• Proven experience in product management and leadership roles.
• Agile mindset with knowledge of Agile methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with AI technologies is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and personal leadership for the chapter in an agile setting.
• Establish chapter foundations and maintain appropriate size and capabilities.
• Identify future resource requirements and enable cross-team synergies.
• Role model agile practices and foster personal development.
• Oversee personnel processes in collaboration with HR partners.
• Define and communicate product vision and strategy, manage backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivery.
