Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in an IMS Change Manager role.
• English level C1.
• Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance process.
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate stakeholders across different teams.
• Drive root cause analysis and improvement actions.
• Maintain procedures and standards.
• Govern process ownership, compliance and continual improvement.
• Monitor KPI performance.
• Escalate service risks and challenge non-compliance.
