Job summary

ASTEK Iberia is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to join a major global transformation program in the hospitality sector, supporting Customer Success, Marketing, Salesforce platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will develop and execute change management strategies, conduct stakeholder analyses, and create communication plans to drive adoption. The role emphasizes training enablement and post-go-live improvement for a global, dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with CRM, Customer Success, Marketing platforms, Salesforce, or related technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Create and deliver communication plans, key messages, presentations, and change materials.
• Support training and enablement activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs and readiness metrics.
• Identify change risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Support post go-live adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
