Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space seeks a temporary Business Improvement professional in Seville to support the improvement area. You will drive business excellence using lean methods, develop the improvement referential, and coach teams to build competency across the organization.

Required are a degree in a related discipline, 2+ years in HR, fluent Spanish and English, and knowledge of SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace and Workday. Experience in aeronautics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: degree or a related discipline.
• Experience: at least 2 years in Human Resources.
• Soft skills: high adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
• Languages: advanced level in both Spanish and English.
• Technical knowledge: SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace and Workday.
• Nice to have: experience in aeronautical topics.

Responsibilities

• Drive and enable the achievement of business excellence by lean principles, right first time, problem solving and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain the improvement referential, and lead transfer and coaching of concepts, tools and techniques to build autonomy.
