Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Seville seeks a temporary Business Improvement specialist to drive lean initiatives in the Human Resources function. The role focuses on applying lean and right-first-time principles to raise performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HR, strong adaptability, and fluency in Spanish and English, with hands-on knowledge of SAP PHM, Office, Google Workspace and Workday. Experience in aeronautics is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Human Resources.
• Advanced level in Spanish and English.
