Job summary

Bally’s Intralot SA is seeking a CDD Analyst to perform customer account reviews in AML, RG and Fraud contexts and to approve manual withdrawals within Spanish regulatory timeframes.

You will work in the CDD team, keeping clear records of actions and findings to support escalation, with close cooperation with the MLRO, CDD Manager and RG Officer. Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
• Confidentiality and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish (native) and English (medium).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Familiarity with IT systems.
• Previous experience in iGaming is desirable.
• Knowledge of AML, RG and Fraud prevention desirable.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews in members’ accounts and keep accurate records of findings.
• Report to MLRO, CDD Manager & RG Officer when reviews indicate risk in AML, Fraud or RG.
• Handle withdrawals within Spanish regulatory timeframes.
• Handle Deposit Limit Assessment requests.
• Manage account reopening requests.
• Assist with second line queries from CS.
