Job summary

Bally’s Intralot is seeking a vigilant CDD Analyst to conduct customer account reviews under AML, RG and Fraud alerts, and to approve manual withdrawals within regulatory timelines. You will document findings clearly to support escalation and reporting.

You will collaborate with the CDD Manager and team leaders, maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements. Fluent Spanish and proficient English are required, with strong MS Office skills and IT familiarity; iGaming

Qualifications

• Experience with AML, RG or Fraud controls is desirable.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform reviews in member accounts and document findings.
• Report to MLRO, CDD Manager, and RG Officer when risk indicators appear.
• Handle withdrawals within regulatory timeframes.
• Process Deposit Limit Assessment requests.
• Manage account reopening requests.
• Assist with second-line queries from customer service.
