Responsabilidades

• Quality monitoring across Catalan AI training items and trainers.
• Provide precise written feedback and update guidelines for QAs and trainers.
• Handle questions on Catalan wording, tone, and regional variations.
• Activate inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Create and maintain Catalan project documentation and style guides.
• Lead onboarding and training calls explaining rubrics and standards.
• Ensure consistent application of Catalan language guidelines across projects.
• Identify recurring quality gaps and help build scalable QA processes.
