• Previous experience as a Casino Manager onboard a cruise ship.
• 2-5 years of progressive casino management experience.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, gaming procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience leading and developing multicultural teams.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong financial management, reporting, and budgeting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

As Casino Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all casino operations onboard, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, customer service, team leadership, and financial performance.

You will lead and develop an international casino team, drive revenue through promotional activities, and ensure all gaming operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
