Ria Money Transfer, a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the Digital Payments Team to build and scale high-volume payment systems. You will own integrations with global payment vendors and guide engineers across product and partners to deliver payment initiatives.

The role emphasizes mentoring, engineering best practices, and delivering reliable, secure money transfers across 190 countries, with collaboration across multiple teams and external partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years as .NET Developer or OO language.
• 3+ years leading teams on complex initiatives.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, Git/Azure DevOps.
• Strong OOP, design patterns, relational databases, and SDLC.
• Experience with debugging, profiling, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to prepare technical documentation for the dev team.

About This Role

As a Lead Software Engineer for our Digital Payments Team, you will lead a team of engineers to build and scale systems that move money reliably, securely, and at high volume. You will own key integrations with payment vendors globally, leading projects end-to-end from technical design through delivery. You will drive cross-functional conversations while coordinating across engineering, product, and external partners to ship new payment initiatives.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a .NET Developer or with a comparable object-oriented programming language.
• 3+ years leading teams delivering complex initiatives and core projects.
• Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, and Git/Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, relational databases, and the SDLC.
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to prepare technical documentation for the development team.
