Ria Money Transfer is seeking a customer service professional to provide exceptional service to English and Spanish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience.

You will respond to calls and emails, empathize with customers, and use company tools to log records accurately while meeting performance metrics.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from English and Spanish speaking customers regarding transactions, needs or issues.
• Listen actively, empathize with concerns, and provide practical solutions in English and Spanish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.
• Utilize company software and tools to assist customers and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to departmental metrics and goals while delivering excellent service.
• Make product or service recommendations based on customer needs.

About This Role

This role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our English and Spanish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).


• Fluency inEnglish and Spanish


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.


• Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.


• Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.


• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
