Job summary

Wilsonhalligan is seeking an experienced First Mate for a 45m+ sailing yacht embarking to the Caribbean from Spain. The ideal candidate has proven First Mate experience on a similar-sized yacht, strong navigation and leadership skills, plus rigging expertise and confident sail handling.

OOW 3000 or Yachtmaster Ocean qualification required; package includes €6,500–€7,000 monthly, 3.5 days leave per month, and a 13th-month bonus. Start ASAP; male candidate cabin allocation.

• Must have First Mate experience on a yacht of similar size.
• Strong navigation and leadership skills.
• Proven rigging expertise and confident sail handling.
• Regatta experience is highly desirable.
