Champion Crewing & Concierge seeks an experienced First Mate for a 48m sailing sloop with a demanding schedule across the Mediterranean regattas, summer cruising, and a Caribbean season.

You will lead deck operations, uphold high safety standards, and ensure professional seamanship and vessel performance throughout an active season.

FIRST MATE – 48m S/Y – Mediterranean Regattas & Caribbean Cruising

YACHT INFORMATION:

A professionally run 48m sailing sloop operating a dual‑season programme including competitive Mediterranean regattas, summer cruising, and a full Caribbean season. The vessel maintains high standards of seamanship, safety, and performance.

CERTIFICATES:

• Yachtmaster
• STCW
• Seafarers Medical

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven First Mate experience on 40m+ sailing yachts
• Strong leadership and navigation skills
• Excellent sail handling and rigging expertise
• Familiar with Mediterranean summer cruising and Caribbean operations
• Committed to high standards of safety and professionalism
• Regatta experience highly regarded

• Mediterranean Regattas (2027)
• Mediterranean Summer Cruising
• Caribbean Season

START DATE:

October 2026 - Immediate availability preferred.

SALARY:

DOE + standard package
