You’ll work in a remote-friendly setup that values in-person collaboration, focusing on member care and cross-team projects with our corporate health partners. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer-support role
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

• Love written communication and navigate technology with confidence
