Alan is hiring across Spain to build a new standard in prevention insurance. As a Care Expert, you will transform member requests into delightful experiences, guiding them with clear, accurate information and timely responses.

Your role blends understanding of the Spanish healthcare system with support for our B2B partners, dedicating most of your time to member care while exploring innovative Care projects.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-support role.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Empathetic mindset with problem-solving focus.
• Love written communication and digital tools/AI.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system is a plus (we will teach you).
