Europcar Mobility Group in Spain seeks a Car Return Agent to be the face of the return process. You will greet customers, inspect vehicles on return, and ensure smooth collection of keys and finalisation of the rental.

Additionally, report any damages accurately to keep fleet records up to date. Join the Network & Stations team in Operations to maintain fleet condition records, support branch operations, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess vehicle condition accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism when they return their vehicles.
• Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and assess any potential new damage on vehicles, documenting for evaluation.
• Contribute to fleet damage records and quality control.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions and ensure smooth return process.
• Support other branch operations to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
