Mondelēz International in Granollers, Spain, is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital projects and provide technical support across plants. You will define requirements, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate internal and external resources to drive successful implementations.

Engagement includes collaborating on technology trials, performing FMEA, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, while supporting tender processes and commissioning activities.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company in a similar role.
• Experience managing engineering projects from start to end: technical, capex management, suppliers' negotiation, project defence, installation and commissioning.
• Very good knowledge of English language and Spanish is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee capital projects at the Granollers plant in Barcelona, Spain.
• Define requirements for technologies that meet production needs while complying with safety and quality standards.
• Create budgets, timelines, and investment requirements based on quotations and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project needs.
• Collaborate with other teams on technology trials, FMEA analysis, and process troubleshooting.
• Coordinate technical departments and report on project status.
• Commission technology into operation and evaluate performance after trials.
• Assist in organizing tenders for new technologies and lead bid evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare project status reports and ensure compliance with PM processes.
