OPmobility in Arevalo, Spain is seeking a Junior Plant Engineer to support the Senior Plant Engineer, focusing on plant industrialization and small Optimap projects.

You will coordinate production runs, maintain BOM, analyze customer requirements, and help meet quality, cost and timing targets.

This role offers an early career path in a global group with opportunities to develop project management skills in an automotive environment.

Formación

• Graduate from an Engineering School or University with interest in engineering/industrial engineering.
• International exposure during studies is a plus.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Interface between the project team and the plant.
• Create and maintain the Plant BOM.
• Analyze customer requirements and align with plant capabilities.
• Organize and coordinate production runs across injection, paint and assembly.
• Manage inbound material requests and monitor delivery schedules.
• Prepare and follow up on customer deliveries to meet milestones (quality, cost, timing).
• Monitor and drive convergence of project KPIs and performance indicators.
