Grupo Bimbo is seeking a CAPEX Procurement Supervisor for the Regional EMEA team to lead sourcing strategies for capital projects across multiple countries. You will collaborate with the Regional CAPEX Category Manager, stakeholders and suppliers to optimize value, manage complex supplier relationships, and drive effective CAPEX lifecycle execution.

• 5+ years in CAPEX procurement, ideally across multiple countries.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
• Bilingual English and local language of the region.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value supplier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain deep CAPEX project category expertise (market dynamics, supplier economics, SRM, etc).
• Ensure alignment of business needs with key stakeholders around CAPEX projects.
• Participate in BU CAPEX planning sessions to understand requirements and procurement support needs.
• Collaborate with Regional Category Manager to input for global category strategies and regional synergies.
• Lead regional CAPEX procurement activities across projects using a total cost of ownership approach.
• Develop negotiation strategies based on supplier proposals and category cost analysis.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize value for the organization.
• Provide accurate, timely reporting of key metrics and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Ensure sustainability is integrated into category management and sourcing.

We are currently looking for a CAPEX Procurement Supervisor for our Regional EMEA team.

MISSION

Together with the Regional CAPEX Category Manager and stakeholder team, develop and drive the CAPEX sourcing and procurement strategy for assigned projects, ensuring best practices across the CAPEX sourcing and procurement lifecycle, ensuring key stakeholder alignment and successful project execution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain deep CAPEX project related category expertise, e.g., market dynamics, supplier economics, SRM, etc.
• Ensure intimate understanding of business needs and alignment of key stakeholders around the CAPEX project(s)
• Participate in BU CAPEX planning sessions to thoroughly understand BU requirements & procurement support needs
• Work with Regional Category Manager in providing Global CAPEX Team input for global category strategies and potential broader procurement synergies - Execute regional synergies for assigned categories
• Lead the local or regional CAPEX procurement activities throughout the entire sourcing and procurement process for projects within region using a TCO approach
• Develop negotiation strategy based on supplier proposals and category cost analysis.
• Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to maximize value for the organization
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key metrics and manage communication with all stakeholders
• Ensures sustainability is part of the category management and sourcing process

REQUIREMENTS

• BA, BS in Engineering, Procurement, Supply chain or related experience (MBA preferred);
• 5+ year track record in CAPEX procurement, preferably across multiple countries or geographies
• Bilingual English required + local language of the assigned regions-countries
• Strategic thinker - understands the details, but can operate a higher level if needed
• Project management and CAPEX expertise
• Experience in managing complex, high value supplier relationships
• Track record of success in managing supplier performance
• Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of positive results
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Persuasive 'change agent' capable challenging conventional wisdom
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate initiatives in a virtual team environment
• High energy and passion for the category
