Grupo Bimbo in Barcelona is seeking a CAPEX Procurement Supervisor to join the Regional EMEA team. You will develop and drive CAPEX sourcing strategies for assigned projects, ensuring best practices and stakeholder alignment throughout the procurement lifecycle.

The candidate should have a BA/BS in Engineering or related field, 5+ years in CAPEX procurement across multiple countries, and bilingual English plus the local language; strong negotiation, leadership and project management skills are

Formación

• BA/BS in Engineering, Procurement, Supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years in CAPEX procurement, ideally across multiple regions.
• English plus local language of assigned regions.
• Strategic thinker with high-level/low-level ability.
• Strong project management and supplier relationship skills.
• Proven negotiation skills and results.
• Leadership and interpersonal capabilities to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate in virtual teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CAPEX project category expertise including market dynamics and supplier economics.
• Ensure business needs are understood and stakeholders are aligned on CAPEX projects.
• Participate in BU CAPEX planning to understand requirements and procurement support needs.
• Collaborate with Regional Category Manager to input for global strategies and synergies.
• Lead local or regional CAPEX procurement activities across sourcing processes using a TCO approach.
• Develop negotiation strategies based on supplier proposals and cost analysis.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize value for the organization.
• Report key metrics and manage communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure sustainability is integrated into category management and sourcing.
