Responsible for establishing, governing, and executing the corporate Capital Expenditure framework across all global operations. This role oversees the entire investment lifecycle—from 5-year Long-Range Planning (LRP) and annual budgeting to monthly execution monitoring, post-investment benefit reviews, and asset capitalization. • Global CAPEX Tracking from technical approach: Execute detailed monthly monitoring across all investment streams (Grifols Engineering, Local CAPEX, Master Projects)
  • Estimate at Completion (EAC) variances and track technical progress, identifying critical path delays or cost overruns.
  • Executive technical Dashboards & Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packages and executive dashboards for the Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
