Job summary

Grifols in Spain seeks a talented Industrial/Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement projects in productive areas, focusing on productivity, quality, safety and cost. You will work within the continuous improvement program and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement actions within GMP-aligned frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Master's degree in Continuous Improvement – Six Sigma (desirable).
• English level B2.
• 3 years of experience in similar roles leading continuous improvement projects for productive areas.
• Dynamic, proactive person who can carry out projects independently with a sense of responsibility.
• Organized and methodical, and you enjoy working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects across productive areas.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for productivity, quality, safety and cost improvements.
• Participate in the factory's improvement program and attend daily meetings to monitor processes.
• Develop action proposals and implement them according to the manager's guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with established standards (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL) and monitor quality, safety and environmental rules.
• Coordinate with factory engineering, production and your direct manager.

Role Mission

Transform production processes, focusing your activity on improving productivity, quality, safety, and process costs, while always ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document quality incidents, develop corrective action proposals, and implement those actions.
• Participate in the factory's continuous improvement program, attending daily meetings to monitor the relevant processes assigned by the manager.
• Monitoring process indicators, analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing proposals for action to the manager, and implementing them according to the manager's guidelines.
• Performing tasks associated with factory projects, according to established deadlines and costs.
• You will have three reporting lines: to the factory engineering manager, the production area, and your direct manager.
• Knowledge and application of work standards (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, according to defined procedures.
• Compliance with and monitoring of established quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
