Grifols, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Global Quality Manager to drive policies, harmonize systems across Biopharma sites, and lead international quality initiatives. The role requires a health sciences degree, 5–10 years in quality management, and strong project management and communication skills. Travel internationally is anticipated as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• 5–10 years of quality systems management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Issue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure site-wide implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive quality improvement.
• Harmonize Quality Systems across Biopharma sites.
• Coordinate electronic Quality Management Systems deployments.
• Lead global Quality projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate global Quality working groups across sites.
• Oversee Quality Systems and escalate risks to Senior Management.
• Evaluate new regulations and implement them timely.
• Provide continuous support to Biopharma Quality areas.

What your responsibilities will be

• Issue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure its implementation in all the sites within Biopharma Business Unit
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to drive innovation and improvement
• Foster harmonization of Quality Systems across Biopharma sites
• Coordinate the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems
• Coordinate global Quality projects and initiatives
• Coordinate global Quality working groups comprised by different key users of the sites of Biopharma
• Perform oversight of Quality Systems and elevate risks detected to Senior Management
• Evaluate new applicable regulations and ensure its timely implementation
• Continuous support to the Quality areas of Biopharma

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience managing quality systems is required
