Grifols is seeking a Production Technician to join its international team in Parets del Vallès. The role focuses on transforming production processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency while complying with current regulations.

Responsibilities include analyzing quality incidents, leading continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring process indicators, and supporting factory projects under the guidance of multiple managers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• English level B2.
• 3 years of experience in similar roles leading continuous improvement projects.
• Dynamic, proactive, organized and team oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and document quality incidents with corrective actions.
• Participate in factory continuous improvement programs and daily meetings.
• Monitor process indicators and propose actions for improvement.
• Support factory projects with deadlines and cost targets.
• Report to factory engineering manager, production area, and direct manager.
• Apply GMP, INS, BPL and related work standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, hygiene and environmental standards.

Role Mission

Transform production processes, focusing your activity on improving productivity, quality, safety, and process costs, while always ensuring compliance with current regulations.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Analyze and document quality incidents, develop corrective action proposals, and implement those actions.
• Participate in the factory's continuous improvement program, attending daily meetings to monitor the relevant processes assigned by the manager.
• Monitoring process indicators, analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing proposals for action to the manager, and implementing them according to the manager's guidelines.
• Performing tasks associated with factory projects, according to established deadlines and costs.
• You will have three reporting lines: to the factory engineering manager, the production area, and your direct manager.
• Knowledge and application of work standards (GMP, PNT, INS, BPL, etc.) according to defined procedures.
• Compliance with and monitoring of established quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering. Master's degree in Continuous Improvement – Six Sigma (desirable).
• English level B2.
• You have 3 years of experience in similar roles leading continuous improvement projects for productive areas.
• You are a dynamic, proactive person who can carry out projects independently with a sense of responsibility. You are organized and methodical, and you enjoy working in a team.
