Job summary

Grifols, empresa global de salud, busca un/a Trainee para el área de Controlling de Biopharma Manufacturing. La posición ofrece una experiencia internacional, cuyo objetivo es apoyar a la dirección con análisis de resultados y variaciones frente al plan de negocio.

Se valorará experiencia en controlling, buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés y dominio de MS Office. Se ofrece flexibilidad con 2 días de teletrabajo y entorno internacional dentro de Grifols.

Qualifications

• Estudiante en prácticas disponible para 6–8 meses.
• Experiencia previa en controlling/finanzas valorada.
• Nivel alto de inglés certificado (CAE).
• Conocimientos de contabilidad y control de costes.
• Conocimientos de MS Office y herramientas de análisis (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Proporcionar soporte financiero a la dirección y colaborar con los controllers de planta para analizar resultados reales vs. plan de negocio.
• Colaborar en la costificación de productos para Biopharma BU.
• Liderar el cierre contable de costeo real en SAP y comunicar hallazgos para apoyar decisiones.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will provide financial business support to the company's management and work closely with the Plant Controllers in order to analyze the actual results and variances compared to the business plan.
• You will be the product costing responsible for Biopharma BU.
• You will be responsible for leading the company's Actual Costing month-end closing process in SAP, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of results through detailed validation and analysis. You will identify and explain key drivers and variances, challenge unexpected outcomes, and communicate findings through clear and insightful reporting to support business decision-making.
• Act as the financial business partner for different ad-hoc business cases & internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance and controlling support to support the best decision making. Support the department during internal and external audits and maintain necessary controls to ensure SOX compliance.
• You will provide accuracy and business understanding of the information for the best decision making of the stakeholders.
• You will participate in corporate projects to improve the business performance (new IT tools, "best practices" projects among the manufacturing plants worldwide, support in new acquisitions).
• You will assist in maintaining the controlling Master Data.
• You will perform assigned tasks using established procedures with sound judgment, evaluation and critical thinking.

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering.
• You bring 4+ years of experience in controlling department
• You have knowledge of fundamental accounting and cost accounting concepts, practices and procedures.
• You bring knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles (e.g. standard costing).
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language (CAE qualified).
• You have computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You have strong Excel skills, i.e. knowledge of V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, basic accounting formulas, etc.
• You have the ability to identify continuous improvement measures.
• You must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
• You are a self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
• You have the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
• You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
• You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

Within the Biopharma Manufacturing Controlling area, we are looking for a Trainee to join our team.
