ADEPA invites you to join its Cantera Program in Bilbao, an internship designed to expose you to Fund Administration, Corporate Services and asset management operations. You will rotate across departments, learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a broad range of activities across the firm.

The program provides structured development, mentoring, and a pathway from intern to permanent employee within an international, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Italian, French).
• Internship or work experience is advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Curiosity about finance and international business.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through departments to gain hands-on experience.
• Support day-to-day activities of Fund Administration and Corporate Services teams.
• Assist in processing and review of operational tasks.
• Learn fundamentals of investment funds and regulatory environments.
• Participate in projects led by different departments.
• Collaborate with professionals from multiple areas and countries.
• Prepare reports, documentation and process controls.
• Attend training sessions and mentoring meetings.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop professional communication, analytical and organizational skills.
