ADEPA invites you to join its Cantera Program in Bilbao, an internship designed to expose you to Fund Administration, Corporate Services and asset management operations. You will rotate across departments, learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a broad range of activities across the firm.

The program provides structured development, mentoring, and a pathway from intern to permanent employee within an international, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Italian, French).
• Internship or work experience is advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Curiosity about finance and international business.

Responsabilidades

During these 6-months, the internship is fully compensated. You will gain exposure to different business areas, learn directly from experienced professionals, and discover how the investment fund industry operates from the inside.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Designed as a learning experience, this role gives participants the opportunity to explore different career paths before specializing in a particular department. Throughout the program, you will rotate through various departments based on local business needs, gaining hands-on experience in a broad range of operational and corporate functions, such as:

• Support day-to-day activities of Fund Administration and Corporate Services teams.
• Assist in the processing and review of operational tasks.
• Learn the fundamentals of investment funds, financial services, regulatory environments and business operations.
• Participate in projects led by different departments.
• Collaborate with professionals from multiple areas and countries.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

The exact rotation plan will depend on the location and the operational needs of each ADEPA office, but it considers areas such as:

• Investor Services / Transfer Agency
• Transaction Processing / Securities and Corporate Actions
• Corporate Services / Legal & Compliance
• Operations and Internal Projects
• Management Company Activities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree (completed or is expected to be completed soon) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Additional languages are considered a plus (Spanish, Italian, French).
• Previous internship or work experience is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Curiosity about finance, investment funds and international business.
