Juno Projects in Barcelona is seeking a Finance & Administration Intern to support day-to-day finance operations and administration. You will work under the AP Specialist, learning through hands-on guidance while developing technical and operational skills for greater responsibility.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a postgraduate program, based in Barcelona, fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable with learning new financial and ICT tools.

Formación

• This role requires enrollment in a postgraduate or Master's programme in a relevant field.
• Must have a valid university internship agreement with an educational institution.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Based in Barcelona with full-time availability.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Finance Administration: support expense processing and supplier documentation.
• Finance Operations: coordinate expense tracking systems and manage subscriptions.
• Provide operational support across day-to-day Finance activities and projects.
• ICT Operations: assist with ICT activities and software licences administration.
