Aquila Capital invites applications for a Renewable Energy Asset Management Intern in its Madrid office. You will work with Commercial Asset Managers to gain hands-on exposure to the financial and operational aspects of renewable energy investments across Europe.

This internship offers mentorship, exposure to O&M, PPA, and financing agreements, and the chance to contribute to asset performance optimization while developing financial reporting skills in an international environment.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Interest in renewable energy and asset management.
• Strong analytical and data handling skills.
• Proficient English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Commercial Asset Managers in day-to-day supervision of renewable assets.
• Monitor operational and financial KPIs across a diversified portfolio.
• Analyze asset performance and contribute to optimization initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports and dashboards.
• Gain exposure to O&M, PPA, and other project agreements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tasks.
• Track European renewable energy market developments and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
