Hard Rock Cafe International in Barcelona is seeking a Financial Assistant to support Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources, reporting to the General Manager and Director of Accounting. You will help maintain internal controls, process invoices and new hires in Lawson, and assist auditors to ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include reconciling receivables, handling vendor invoices, maintaining personnel files, and presenting information clearly to management.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enforce cafe financial, HR and admin controls per policy.
• Enter invoices and new hires in Lawson with proper approvals; manage house accounts monthly.
• Reconcile receivables, manage inventory, and coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Present information professionally to staff and management; support team to ensure guest satisfaction.
