Hard Rock Cafe Madrid is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead a dynamic culinary team in a fast-paced, guest-focused venue. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure fresh, made-from-scratch food, and drive performance in a world-class environment.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality leadership, a business mindset, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with fluency in English being a plus.

Formación

• Experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant culinary operations.
• Bachelor's Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – verifiable by peers and prior supervisors.
• Can illustrate consultative skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions.
• Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
• Comprehend and use technical or professional language to communicate complex ideas.
• Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one‑on‑one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization.
• Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English preferred.
