Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona Spain is seeking a Financial Assistant to support accounting, payroll and human resources within the cafe. The role reports to the general manager and the Director of Accounting, combining operational finance with corporate guidance to uphold company policy.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, updating hires in Lawson, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits. The successful candidate will maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with staff

Formación

• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Multiple language abilities a plus; fluency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enforce cafe financial, HR & Administrative controls per policy, including audit steps and reporting exceptions.
• Process invoices into Lawson and CBORD with proper approvals.
• Enter new hires into Lawson with approvals; ensure proper documentation.
• Complete or review the House Account reconciliation monthly and pursue at-risk receivables.
• Coordinate with Hard Rock auditors during audits and implement corrective actions.
• Present a professional image to employees, management and guests.
