Hard Rock Spain is seeking a Financial Assistant to manage accounting, payroll and HR duties at the cafe. The role reports to the General Manager and the Director of Accounting, with responsibilities spanning cash controls, vendor invoices, and personnel files.

Applicants should have at least two years of bookkeeping experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent communication. A team environment and opportunities to support Save the Planet initiatives are emphasized.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain financial, HR & administrative controls per policy.
• Process invoices and hires with proper approvals.
• Complete monthly House Account reconciliation and notify risks.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits and implement actions.
