Siemens Mobility in Tres Cantos, Spain, is seeking a software engineer to join the Rail Signalling team. You will develop highly secure C++ software for safety‑critical railway control systems, directly impacting safety, reliability, and efficiency of global transit networks.

You will drive the full software lifecycle from specification to integration and customer support, collaborate with international teams, and progressively take on facilitation tasks within an Agile setup to remove

Formación

Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
Solid C++ experience in demanding technical environments.
Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming and software architecture.
Fluency in English and Spanish for global collaboration.
Collaborative mindset with motivation to develop impactful software.

Responsabilidades

Develop C++ components for SIL4 safety‑critical systems.
Drive the complete software lifecycle from specification to validation and support.
Explore and implement AI‑based solutions to automate tasks and testing.
Collaborate with international, multidisciplinary teams on high‑impact projects.
Facilitate Agile processes within the team to remove impediments.
