Stark Future SL, based in Barcelona, seeks a senior sourcing professional to lead strategic procurement for electronic components. You will engage global manufacturers, manage RFIs/RFPs, and align with Engineering to keep Stark on the cutting edge of electric motorcycles.
The role requires 5+ years in sourcing, an electronics background, and strong negotiation skills. English is mandatory, Spanish is highly desired. This is a on-site role in Sant Boi, Barcelona with a competitive package.
About Stark Stark builds the world’s most powerful electric motorcycles. From the VARG MX to the road‑legal VARG EX & SM, our bikes have won world championships and are engineered to outperform anything with a combustion engine. We’re based in Sant Boi, Barcelona, growing fast (77 % year‑on‑year), and building a team that will take us even further. If you want to work on a product that people are genuinely obsessed with, this is it. Stark will become the global market leader in premium motorcycles, building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of performance, emotion and design. Our mission is to lead the way toward a sustainable motorcycle industry, by reducing plastic and CO₂ pollution.
This isn’t just a procurement role; it is a strategic position requiring a deep understanding of the global electronics ecosystem. You will navigate the complexities of semiconductor cycles, manage relationships with top‑tier manufacturers, and identify technical opportunities within our designs to optimize the supply chain. You will report directly to the Purchasing Director and serve as a bridge between Engineering and the global market to ensure our motorcycles remain at the cutting edge of electric performance.
At Stark, we don’t just accept difference — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, age, neurodiversity, or disability, feels a true sense of belonging. We believe that diverse teams make better decisions and that a culture of equity is a prerequisite for innovation.
