Stark Future SL, based in Sant Boi near Barcelona, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive the VARG app and e-commerce platform. You will engage external stakeholders, structure projects from meetings, and align cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product roadmaps.

The role emphasizes governance, process rigor, and clear communication across departments. You will oversee IT-driven product development, monitor progress, and drive improvements to workflows.

The Role

The Digital Product Manager ensures a deep understanding of key user‑facing products such as the VARG app and e‑commerce platform by engaging with external stakeholders and collaborating across internal teams. This role is pivotal in structuring projects and features, gathering diverse inputs, and making informed product decisions to drive smooth development and efficient workflows.

What You’ll Do

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with external stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
• Transform meetings into structured projects and actionable proposals.

Product Oversight

• Maintain deep insight into IT’s main product’s development and purpose.
• Monitor progress and track issues to ensure quality.

Workflow Analysis & Improvement

• Oversee software development and IT‑supported business processes.
• Propose creative improvements to boost efficiency.

Technical & Product Strategy

• Coordinate with IT teams to align strategic goals with technical execution.
• Supervise key deployment steps from data readiness to post‑deployment.

Documentation & Communication

• Collaborate with developers on high‑level process documentation.
• Ensure clear, concise communication across departments.

Professional Development & Innovation

• Stay current on industry trends and integrate fresh ideas.
• Lead initiatives to enhance product performance and workflow efficiency.

What you will bring to Stark

• Familiarity with monitoring software development progress and issue tracking.
