Peek & Cloppenburg KG Wien in Madrid design hub is seeking a Purchase Order Manager to govern PO creation and maintenance, supplier onboarding, and EAN management using SAP. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate with suppliers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve daily challenges, drive supplier onboarding, and contribute to the OSCA SCM and VCM applications redesign.

Formación

• Experience in Purchase Order Management and supplier processes (claims and onboarding).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and manage purchase orders in SAP, including data changes and EAN maintenance.
• Process claims and returns for suppliers.
• Create credit and debit notes for suppliers and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find pragmatic solutions.
• Support supplier onboarding and contribute to OSCA SCM and VCM applications redesign.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Purchase Order Management: You generate and manage POs in SAP. This includes mass data changes – such as prices, Incoterms, or delivery details –, cancellations, as well as article creation and EAN maintenance

Claims & Returns: You take care of the smooth processing of claims and returns.

Credit & Debit Notes: You reliably create these documents for our suppliers and our internal workflows.

Finding Solutions: You are a key contact for our suppliers. Together with cross-functional teams, you find smart, pragmatic solutions for daily challenges.

Supplier Onboarding:You support and coordinate the onboarding process for new partners. At the same time, you help us rethink and actively redesign the OSCA SCM and VCM applications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Profile:You bring relevant experience in Purchase Order Management and handling supplier processes like claims and onboarding. You are highly organized, a pragmatic problem-solver, and an excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

System Know-how:You bring solid experience working with SAP.
