JC Brand Esp Market SL in Madrid seeks a full-time PO management specialist to handle purchase orders, vendor claims, and onboarding activities. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and accurate supplier documentation, with English and Spanish fluency required.

The successful candidate will manage SAP-based PO processes and contribute to supplier relations in a dynamic fashion group environment, reporting locally in Madrid on-site.

• Generate and manage purchase orders in SAP, including data changes and EAN maintenance.
• Process claims and returns smoothly.
• Create credit and debit notes for suppliers and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find pragmatic solutions.
• Support onboarding of new partners and help redesign OSCA SCM and VCM apps.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Purchase Order Management: You generate and manage POs in SAP. This includes mass data changes – such as prices, Incoterms, or delivery details –, cancellations, as well as article creation and EAN maintenance
• Claims & Returns: You take care of the smooth processing of claims and returns.
• Credit & Debit Notes: You reliably create these documents for our suppliers and our internal workflows.
• Finding Solutions: You are a key contact for our suppliers. Together with cross-functional teams, you find smart, pragmatic solutions for daily challenges.
• Supplier Onboarding:You support and coordinate the onboarding process for new partners. At the same time, you help us rethink and actively redesign the OSCA SCM and VCM applications.

• Your Profile: You bring relevant experience in Purchase Order Management and handling supplier processes like claims and onboarding. You are highly organized, a pragmatic problem-solver, and an excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• System Know-how: You bring solid experience working with SAP.
• Drive & Focus: You learn fast, think proactively and enjoy getting up to speed quickly with new topics.
