Blu Selection - Recruitment Agency is seeking a Business Travel Agent in Barcelona, Spain to own end-to-end group travel requests for VIP German clients. You will source venues, arrange transport, and manage direct client communication to ensure exceptional service across Europe.

The role requires 3+ years in travel management, Amadeus GDS proficiency, and fluency in German with strong business English. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across Europe is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, analyze, and manage complex client briefs for group bookings and FIT group arrangements for German clients.
• Source venues, arrange flights, trains, and accommodation using Amadeus GDS.
• Handle direct daily communication with client project managers from quote creation to project execution.
• Collaborate closely with international teams across France, Switzerland, the UK, and global offices.
• Provide operational cross-market support to colleagues in peak periods while maintaining SLA standards.

• Salary: €32,000 base + 10% bonus (compensation open to negotiation)

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As Business Travel Agent, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end group travel requests and venue sourcing for VIP German clients, ensuring high-quality operational delivery and direct client satisfaction.

• Receive, analyze, and manage complex client briefs for group bookings and FIT (personalized) group arrangements for German clients
• Source venues, arrange flights, trains, and accommodation using Amadeus GDS
• Handle direct daily communication with client project managers from quote creation to project execution
• Collaborate closely with international teams across France, Switzerland, the UK, and global offices
• Provide operational cross-market support to colleagues in peak periods while maintaining SLA standards

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 3+ years of experience in travel management
• Experience with GDS tools, specifically Amadeus (mandatory)
• Native or professional fluency in German combined with strong business English (mandatory)
• Proven track record in direct client service and managing complex group requirements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tight deadlines
• Experience with Qondor or Cvent platforms (strong plus)
• Working knowledge of French or Spanish (a plus)
