Job summary

Puig is seeking a joined-up OtC Process Improvement role to drive training plans, harmonize processes, and lead regional initiatives. You will coordinate new requirements, support functional designs, and monitor KPIs across subsidiaries, with a focus on efficiency and sustainable improvement, in a hybrid Barcelona-area setting.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, 2–3 years OtC experience, and fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages are a

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Other European languages are a plus.
• Experience with SAP, digital transformation projects, and B2B and/or D2C business models is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative and persevering mindset

Responsibilities

• Planning: coordinate the implementation of training plans for OtC teams aligned to processes & to improve knowledge, performance and accuracy.
• To prioritize and coordinate new requirements, and act as a key user for functional designs. To work and lead initiatives and projects within OtC process (new subsidiaries, new brands,…)
• Execute: deploy harmonized OtC processes, & tools across subsidiaries
• Execute: assure continuous improvement on existing processes & tools based on detected issues and internal best practices
• Execute: be part of the approval of any change in the OtC process needed locally/regionally, finally approved by the BPO.
• Execute: monitor performance and workload of the OtC teams.
• Control: follow a sustainability process to assess skill gaps for OtC
• Control: follow up overall OtC KPIs and look for corrective actions: Service Level, Receivables, Collections and Risks, TPP.

The Opportunity

To improveprocess alignment and efficiency of Order To Cash organizations, under continuous improvement methodology to achieve the objectives fixed in terms of Customer Care, Service, Receivables and Cost. To adapt our OtC Processes to the new Business models.

What you'll get to do

Planning:

To coordinate the implementation of training plans for OtC teams aligned to processes & to improve knowledge, performance and accuracy.

To analyze opportunities and drive specific projects to improve OtC procedures and KPIs outcome

Execute:

To be a part of the approval of any change in the OtC process needed locally/regionally, finally approved by the BPO.

Control:
